Our address is in our premises at Pocket-F, Plot No. 242, DSIIDC Industrial Area, Sector 1, Bawana, Delhi – 110039. We specialize in full service zinc die casting including in-house mold & tool making, precision casting and premium surface finishing such as chrome electroplating, powder coating and liquid painting. We cater to automotive, hardware, sanitary, pneumatic, toy industries in India and export worldwide.
Q2. How many years experience does SNAA Products have manufacturing in zinc die casting?
SNAA Products has over 30 years of experience in zinc die casting manufacturing. We started in Delhi in 1996. We have been serving hundreds of clients across India and overseas markets for over three decades, manufacturing zinc die cast parts for automotive, furniture, sanitary, hardware, pneumatic and toy industries. This level of experience gives us proven process knowledge, tooling expertise and quality consistency in all that we do.
Q3. Do you export zinc die cast parts all over the world?
Yes. SNAA Products has established a connect with buyers outside India and exports zinc die cast parts to overseas markets including Nepal. Our strict quality control, consistent production standards and reliable delivery timelines make us a good choice. We work with domestic and export clients both. If you are looking for a zinc die casting manufacturer in Delhi NCR for export supply, do get in touch with us with your requirements.
Q4. What is zinc die casting and advantages of zinc die casting over other manufacturing processes?
Zinc die casting is a precision, high-volume manufacturing process in which molten zinc alloy is injected under high pressures into hardened steel dies to produce complex, dimensionally accurate components. Its advantages over alternatives like aluminium casting, plastic moulding or machining include better dimensional stability, great surface finish, higher strength to weight ratio, thinner wall ability, and lower per unit cost at scale . Zinc alloys are also very compatible with chrome electroplating and powder coating making them perfect for products that require an aesthetic finish.
Q5. What kind of surface finishing services do you provide on zinc die cast parts?
We have three in-house surface finishing capabilities for zinc die cast parts:
- Chrome electroplating, a high-gloss, corrosion resistant finish for automotive trims, sanitary fittings and decorative hardware
- Powder coating, a durable, impact resistant finish in a wide range of colours for industrial and furniture components.
- Liquid painting, colour and gloss to customer specifications. All finishing is done in our factory at Bawana, Delhi.
Q6.Do you manufacture pump housings and valve bodies from zinc die cast?
Yes. Our special product categories are zinc die cast pump housings and zinc die cast valve bodies. We manufacture these parts for pneumatic, hydraulic and gas line applications where tight tolerances, pressure integrity and dimensional accuracy are critical. All parts are manufactured to customer drawings or specifications and are subject to stringent dimensional and visual inspection prior to dispatch. Send us your drawing and quantity requirement for a quote on pump housings or valve bodies.
Q7. Are the moulds and dies manufactured in-house or outsourced?
We have a complete tool room in-house which designs and makes all the moulds and dies used in our production. This is a huge advantage to our customers – it means reduced tooling lead-times, lower tooling costs, better dimensional consistency and direct accountability in the event of any tooling adjustments required. We also provide in-house regular mould maintenance and refurbishment, maintaining dimensional accuracy across long production runs, with no drop off in performance.
Q8. What’s the minimum order quantity (MOQ) of zinc die cast parts?
MOQ is determined by a number of factors — complexity of the components, tooling needs, material grade and required surface finish. MOQ can be relatively low for standard components with existing tooling. Typically, new parts requiring new tooling development need a higher initial quantity to amortize the tooling costs. We invite you to send us your product drawings, specifications and estimated annual requirement, our team will come back to you with a realistic MOQ and quote within 24 hours. You can contact us on +91 95555 89155 or email us at snaazincdiecastncr@gmail.com.
Q9. How do I get a quote or make an enquiry for SNAA Products?
Getting a quote is easy. You can fill up the consultation form on our website, send an email to snaazincdiecastncr@gmail.com or call us directly on +91 95555 89155. To get most accurate quote please share below information :-
- product drawing or sketch with dimensions
- required zinc alloy grade
- if specified required surface finish
- approximate order quantity All enquiries are personally reviewed by our technical team and a detailed quotation returned within 24 business hours.
Q10. What is the normal production and delivery lead time
Lead times vary by order type. Repeat orders with existing tooling are usually produced and delivered within 2-4 weeks depending on order size and finish requirements. For new components where tooling has to be developed, the total lead time including tool manufacturing, trial casting, approval and production is typically 4–8 weeks. We confirm the timelines at the time of order confirmation and have a proven track record of on-time delivery which our domestic and export clients depend on.
Q11. What industries and products are most suitable for zinc die casting?
Zinc die casting is ideal for parts requiring high dimensional accuracy, intricate shapes, a smooth surface finish, and high volume production at a competitive cost.Zinc die cast parts have found wide application in industries like automotive (door handles, brackets, emblems), sanitary fittings (faucet bodies, tap handles), hardware (cabinet handles, hinges, padlocks), pneumatic and gas line systems (valve bodies, pump housings) and toys and collectibles. If your component requires tight tolerances, an aesthetic finish, and volume production then zinc die casting is probably the right process.
Q12. What does SNAA Products do to ensure the quality of its zinc die cast parts?
At SNAA Products, quality is checked at every point in the production process, not just at the end. Incoming raw zinc alloys are checked for composition conformance, dimensions are checked in-process during the casting, components are inspected prior to surface finishing and a final inspection is carried out prior to dispatch. Our in-house tool room guarantees tooling accuracy during the mould life cycle. We have inspected each batch leaving our Delhi NCR facility on multiple stages to meet the customer approved drawing and specifications. You get exactly what you agreed.
